Terms & Conditions — vvjp Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vvjp ("vvjp," "we," "us," "the Platform"). These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of the vvjp website located at https://vvjp.net and all services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the vvjp platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the vvjp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the vvjp platform and refrain from creating or accessing any account.

vvjp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the vvjp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming;
• You are physically located in, or are a resident of, the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under all applicable laws of the Philippines;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of vvjp or its affiliated companies.

vvjp takes the 21+ age requirement with the utmost seriousness. Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age during registration will have their account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

vvjp employs age verification procedures at registration and during the KYC process. Providing false documentation to circumvent age verification is a serious violation of these Terms and applicable Philippine law.

To access real-money games and financial features on vvjp, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the vvjp platform at any time.

During registration, you agree to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number;
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access;
• Your residential address within the Philippines.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, vvjp requires successful completion of identity verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license issued by the LTO, Philippine passport, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Documents must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible when submitted.

vvjp reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any stage — including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or additional photo identification — in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in temporary account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal capabilities, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vvjp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, as a strongly recommended security measure;
• Log out of your vvjp account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Immediately notify vvjp support via the official support channels if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

vvjp will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vvjp requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

vvjp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has accessed your account due to your failure to maintain credential security — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility.

Deposits: vvjp accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as displayed on the vvjp Cashier page at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and applicable processing times, are as displayed on the Cashier page. vvjp targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to verification and compliance review requirements.

Currency: All transactions on vvjp are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vvjp does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly.

Anti-Money Laundering: vvjp is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). vvjp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems appropriate to review, and to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that triggers compliance review requirements.

Funds deposited into your vvjp account must be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Deposits made without genuine gaming intent — for example, for the purpose of laundering funds or exploiting payment processing systems — are strictly prohibited and will be subject to investigation and regulatory reporting.

vvjp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated within each promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied;
• vvjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player;
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, exploiting wagering loopholes, or using prohibited software — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

Players are responsible for understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that promotion.

All games available on the vvjp platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, keno, HRG Live, and table games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes from verified gaming providers. All game results are independently determined and are not subject to manipulation by vvjp or by any player.

Each game available on vvjp is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the vvjp server-side records, the server-side records shall be considered definitive.

vvjp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or telecommunications failure has materially affected the integrity of the game result. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the relevant player accounts.

Players are required to conduct themselves honestly and in accordance with the rules of each game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvjp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the vvjp platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Colluding with other players, vvjp employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment fraud, or intentional abuse of the payment system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvjp support staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to vvjp systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

vvjp is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and losses are a natural part of the gaming experience. vvjp actively encourages all players to set and adhere to personal limits.

vvjp provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with mandatory break reminders;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vvjp platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vvjp content without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on vvjp content or design;
• Use vvjp's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any vvjp software.

Any unauthorised use of vvjp intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvjp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the vvjp platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, vvjp specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, internet connectivity failure, or telecommunications disruption;
• Any decisions made by a player on the basis of information contained on the vvjp platform;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security as required by these Terms;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vvjp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

The vvjp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vvjp makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vvjp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

vvjp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — vvjp will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on the vvjp platform.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to reflect updates in PAGCOR regulations — may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date of publication on the vvjp website.

Your continued access to or use of the vvjp platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the vvjp website at https://vvjp.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the vvjp platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
